Gayle Allen, Ed.D., MBA, has 15 years of experience as a teacher, school leader, and entrepreneur in the field of education. She is the founder of two professional development institutes, including the McCord Grauer Center for Excellence in Teaching, and she is the former Associate Head of two independent schools. Gayle earned her Ed.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she focused her research on teachers’ experiences with web 2.0 technologies and where she also served as an adjunct professor. Most recently, Gayle earned her MBA from MIT’s Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership.

Michael is an experienced customer-centric leader who has led sales and service organizations in both the Fortune 500 and start-up environments with a focus on scale, operations, and organizational design and development. He has a passion for personal development and mentoring organizational leaders and has developed his own career with the close mentoring of Bob Olson, a career CCO and founder of Reality Distortion Ventures. He studied at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and is now a managerial subject matter expert for Jhana Education and is a committed life learner himself.
